This is the perfect summer dip for your chip. It’s refreshing, fruity and zesty. For a lovely canape option, pile them on nachos and walk around proudly, with a platter full of them.
- 1 Medium Mango
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Lemon
- Chopped Coriander
- 1 small Chilli
- Chop mangoes, onions, chilli and coriander finely.
- Add the chopped bits into a bowl and squeeze lemon.
- Toss. Check for seasoning. If required add a pinch of saltt.
- Serve with salted chips or nachos.
